The abrasive media collected at the boot of buckets is lifted with the help of a bucket elevator. The media from bucket elevator is carried and transferred into a media screen separator unit. The screen separator contains a rotary drum where the oversize debris is separated out of recovered media. The undersized broken media and dust content is also screened out of the system through an air curtain. The reusable abrasives are fed into the storage tank from where it enters into the Abrasive Blasting Machine for blasting. Media screening facilitates a uniform and consistent surface finish on the job components.
